I reserve the right to decline your commission if I am unable to draw it or feel uncomfortable with the content.
payment
Full payment will be requested upfront on PayPal only. I only accept USD, so please keep in mind any necessary currency conversions! PayPal charges a small fee for each transaction which I require you to pay (this fee is approximately an additional 3-5 USD which I will add on to your commission price).
refunds
After the payment is made, there will be no refunds unless I am unable to finish your commission, in which case you will be refunded 100%.
use
WHAT YOU CAN USE COMMS FOR:
Commissions are for personal use only. This includes using commissions as icons, banners, reposts, & prints (as long as the print is for personal use only, meaning it will not be sold). When in use, commissioned work must be credited back to my socials.WHAT YOU CANNOT USE COMMS FOR:
Commissions are not to be used for any commercial purposes. Tracing or modifying my work without my permission, along with using it for AI training is strictly prohibited.
deadlines & time
If you want the commission to be done by a certain deadline, the deadline must be stated in your initial request. Depending on the deadline, I will charge an additional rush fee 5-20 USD. If I feel like I cannot make the deadline, I will reject your commission.If you don’t have a deadline, commissions will take 2 weeks to 2 months to be completed. Please note that I am a university student and so I ask for your patience. If it will take more time, I will notify you.
You are allowed to ask for updates on your commission any time. However, please do not ask daily.
process
MY ART PROCESS GOES AS FOLLOWS:
sketch → line-art → base colors → shading → renderingUPDATES
Once receiving your commission request form (see on ‘Commission Prices’ page below), I will notify you within 48 hours whether your commission request has been accepted or rejected. If I do not contact you, assume I have rejected your commission request.After payment, I will send you the sketch once completed. You are able to make up to 10 changes during this stage. During this stage there will be no additional fees for changes.
Remember, I as the artist want to make you as happy with the finished piece as possible! Please do not be afraid to speak up about any changes you want made, your satisfaction comes first and foremost! :)
You will receive another update on the piece after the shading stage and another with the final product.You may make up to 3 changes after the sketch stage. Any major changes after the sketch stage will cost an additional price ranging from 5-30 USD. Prices may vary depending on how major the change is and what step of the process I am on.
final product
The final product will be sent to you through email (I can also send on Discord, Twitter, and Instagram upon request) as a PNG file. I’ll provide the following versions: transparent background version, watermarked version & un-watermarked version.
You cannot claim my art to be your own and you must still credit my socials if you decide to post it.Additionally, I reserve the right to post your commission on social media; though if posted, it will be clearly watermarked as a commission.
